Helper T cells basically divide into several helper T cells to activate B cells, cytotoxic T cells, and make memory T cells. Cytotoxic T cells kill infected body cells with antigens embedded in them. Memory T cells help the immune system respond to viruses that had entered the body before a lot quicker. Suppressor T cells slows down the activity of the immune system after the infection is all under control.
