el punto en el barro
hey everyone its Eleni and my question is how do all the punnett squares and crossing tie into what meiosis is? like i get what each punnett square is and when and how to do each cross but i dont understand what all that has to do with meiosis can someone please help me?? thanks :)

Hey! its kara S. nowwwww in english I think that when meiosis is going down, 23 chromosomes from dad and 23 chromosome from mom are handed down to the offspring. These chromosomes have the genetic traits in them. These are called allels. Its what gives you brunette hair and brown eyes. So traits are given all on chance and probability. We do the punnet squares to figure out what percent of chance you will have to get that trait. Taaddaa:)
