mudbath

Hey its mike here and my muddiest point is just knowing all the types of crosses, and how you do punnet squares with them.

  1. if you look in the packet it explains what each type of cross means. oncomplete dominance is blending so if you cross a red and white flower you get pink. codominance is when its specked so lets say you cross a black cat with a white cat then the outcome is when each individual hair is either black or white so from far away it looks grey but its really not. multiple alleles is the blood typing crosses so it would be good to know the genotypes and phenotypes for those. and then x linked or sex linked is when you use XX or XY and put the allele behind the X's. monohybrid crosses are crossing one trait so it GG x Gg or any other letter but the cross is between the same letter only. then dihybrid crossing is when you cross two traits for example GgRR x GgRr. those problems are the ones you have to FOIL (first, outer, inner, last) then the punnett square last. i hope all this helped and if not everything is one the top of pages 29, 33, 39, 43, and 45. then pedigrees is on 47 if you need that too...
