Muddiest Point

Hi, Eunice Lee here.
I think my muddiest point is Osmosis. I don't understand it completely, any help? :(

    Osmosis is when water diffuses through the semi permeable membrane (a membrane that only allows certain things to pass through it) from an area of high concentration to an area of lower concentration
