speciation is just when new species form. Reproductive isolation is when two pop. can no longer interbreed. and that can develop in three ways! Behavioral- when two pop. are capable of interbreeding, but are different when it comes to courtship rituals or other behaviors. So they wont mate. Geographic- when two populations are separated by like rivers, mountains, and/or bodies of water. Temporal- when they reproduce at different times!
