Hi it's Michael and my muddiest point is Successions and like I understand that they are a change in the community over a period in time but i'm confused on the difference between primary and secondary and such that.
primary succession is when there is nothing to begin with or grow on and life starts on the rocks in the area. secondary is when you have a live ecosystem that is destroyed by a natural disaster or human interaction. leaving the soil that was there before or the rumble left over for the new ecosystem to grow. Hope this clears things up
